Frequently Asked Questions

About Our Bread

What makes your sourdough different?

Our sourdough is made with a live starter, real ingredients, and a slow fermentation process no shortcuts, no additives. Every loaf is crafted by hand in small batches for maximum flavor and texture.

Is your bread vegan?

Most of our loaves are vegan-friendly. Check individual product descriptions for specific ingredients, as some specialty loaves may contain butter, eggs, or honey.

Does your bread contain gluten?

Yes, our sourdough contains gluten. We do not currently offer gluten-free options, and our kitchen is not gluten-free. If you have a severe allergy, please review our Allergy Notice.

Freshness & Storage

How long does sourdough stay fresh?

Our bread is best enjoyed within 3–5 days of baking. Store at room temperature in a paper bag or bread box avoid plastic bags as they soften the crust.

Can I freeze my loaf?

Absolutely! Slice before freezing for easy toasting. Sourdough freezes well for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or toast directly from frozen.
